Furniture Installation Done Right the First Time, Not "Good Enough"

Bad furniture installation rarely announces itself right away. It shows up three weeks later as a workstation panel that won’t lock into place, a desk that wobbles because the leveling glides were never adjusted, or a punch list that grows every time someone actually sits down to work. By then, the installer is long gone, and whoever’s left dealing with it is you.

What's Included

How We Do It Differently

A lot of installation crews are trained generalists, capable with basic furniture, but improvising when they hit a brand or system they haven’t worked with before. That improvisation is exactly where punch lists come from: a panel system installed slightly out of tolerance, cable management skipped because nobody had the right hardware on the truck, a demountable wall that doesn’t sit flush because it was treated like a simple partition instead of a precision system.

Our crews are trained installation professionals trained specifically on the systems they’re installing, not generalists working from a manual for the first time on your jobsite. We bring the right hardware and equipment for the specific brand and product line before we arrive, not after discovering on-site that something’s missing. And every installation gets a quality control walkthrough before we call the job finished, so punch list items get caught by us, not by your employees three weeks later when someone tries to adjust a desk height and finds out it was never actually secured.

Owner Greg Pawlowicz is personally involved on active jobsites through owner-led jobsite management, which means installation quality isn’t something we hope holds up, it’s something someone with a direct stake in the company’s reputation checks in person.

Who We Serve

Corporate offices installing new or reconfigured workstations. Schools and universities furnishing classrooms, libraries, and administrative spaces. Healthcare facilities requiring furniture that meets infection-control and durability standards. Government and military institutions with strict compliance and vendor requirements. Dealers and designers who need an installation partner capable of executing their specified layout exactly as drawn.

Brands and Systems We Work With

We install all major commercial furniture brands and systems, panel-based workstations, benching systems, seating lines, and storage systems from the manufacturers most commonly specified in commercial and institutional projects. If your furniture came from a major manufacturer, there’s a strong chance our crews have already installed that exact product line.

Service Area

Installation crews are based out of Connecticut and travel across New England and the Tri-State Area for projects of any size, from single-office reconfigurations to full-floor build-outs, the reach behind why we’re one of the more recognizable names among professional office furniture installers in the region.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you install furniture we purchased ourselves, or only furniture sold through NLI?

We install furniture regardless of where it was purchased, dealer, manufacturer direct, or otherwise. Our job is executing the installation correctly, not selling you the product.

We catch it before installation begins whenever possible, since every item is inspected on arrival. If a defect surfaces during installation, we document it and flag it immediately so it can be resolved with the manufacturer or dealer without holding up your entire project.

Yes, reconfiguration is one of our most requested services as teams grow, shrink, or restructure. We can adjust existing workstation layouts, panel configurations, and furniture placement without new purchases in many cases.

Tell us what you’re installing and where, and we’ll bring a crew trained on that exact system, not a generalist figuring it out on your jobsite.
